Located in the northern Yucatán peninsula, close to the Chiché n Itzá archaeological site,
the Hacienda San Jose occupies what were once the quarters of a colonial plantation house.
Fully restored, this exclusive full service hotel now consists of fifteen rooms and suites
surrounding an impressive courtyard where guests can immerse themselves in the atmosphere of
the past.  Special Condition From August 29, 2005 to September 15, 2005, the hotel will have
limited availability due to renovations. Please contact the hotel for further information.

Driving Directions

Merida Airport
After leaving the airport, turn left and follow the signs for Cancun. After 3 kilometers turn right and enter the Ring Road, headed toward Cancun. Follow the Ring Road for 15 kilometers until you see the sign indicating Tixcocob/Tixpehual (this is the first turn after the one to Cancun). Turn right toward Tixcocob and continue on this highway until you reach Tixcocob. Go through the town centre, following the signs to Euan/Cacalchen. Continue for another 14 kilometers (passing the village of Euan). Just after the sign for "Hacienda San Jose Cholul," turn left. The Hacienda is about 2 kilometers from the main road.

Cancun
Take the Cancun - Merida Highway (toll road). After 300 kilometers, look for the signs indicating the village of Hoctun and turn right following the signs toward Citilcum/Cacalchen. After approximately 13 kilometers (andn passing through the village of Kimbala) you will get to the village of Citilcum. Turn left in the centre of the village and take the road to Cacalchen. After about 12 kilometers you get to the village of Cacalchen. Continue for another 6 kilometers and turn left at the sign marked "Hacienda San Jose Cholul." The Hacienda is about 2 kilometers from the main road.
